After graduating from Montana State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Mary worked as an Electro-Optical Engineer at TMA Technologies developing laser-based instruments for Light Scatter sensors. She co-founded Wavelength Electronics in 1993 to serve the need for high performance electronics in the laser diode control industry. Since becoming CEO in 2002, she has led Wavelength in partnering with high tech system designers to bring many spectroscopy, medical, and industrial laser systems to market.

Key to Wavelength’s success is the strong Quality System that ensures every employee knows what and how to do their work with a focus on customer satisfaction and high quality. The team works together such that the field up-time rate exceeds 99.9%.

Outside of work, Mary is a mom, passionate about raptors, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, camping, and continuously learning.
