The Montana Department of Labor & Industry (DLI) is the state’s workforce and labor agency, connecting Montana employers with the skilled talent they need through employment services, Registered Apprenticeship and workforce training programs, labor market intelligence, and business standards.  DLI helps companies grow by supporting high-demand, high-skill workforce pipelines, streamlining occupational licensing, and offering business services that improve recruitment, retention, and workplace safety. DLI is guided by the leadership of the State Workforce Innovation Board and the 406 JOBS initiative to modernize Montana’s workforce.
