Jay Wilkins is a Montana native that graduated in 1990 from Montana State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and associate studies in Physics.  He has been fortunate to have spent his career participating in the incredible growth of the photonics industry in Montana.  

He has been a board member of the Montana Photonics and Quantum Alliance for seven years.   Currently he is the Manufacturing and Production Manager at Boston Cryogenics working with the R&D team to bring new products to production. 

Previous work included Engineering Manager at Elemental Scientific Lasers, Engineering Manager at Strategix Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Quantel Laser.  He has accumulated over fourteen individual and joint patents during his career.   He and his family reside in Bozeman, Montana.
