Montana Photonics & Quantum Alliance and National U.S.-India Chamber of Commerce Announce Strategic Partnership to Advance U.S. – India Collaboration

Montana Photonics & Quantum Alliance (MPQA) and the National U.S.-India Chamber of Commerce (NUICC) today announced a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening collaboration between the United States and India in photonics, quantum, and advanced technology sectors.

This partnership brings together MPQA’s strong regional ecosystem of photonics and quantum companies, research institutions, and workforce programs with NUICC’s cross-border expertise in U.S. – India trade, market access, and business collaboration. Together, the organizations seek to foster innovation, accelerate commercialization, and support industry-academia engagement across both countries.

The collaboration will focus on joint initiatives including research and knowledge exchange, industry partnerships and supply chain development, talent and workforce development, startup and commercialization support, and the organization of joint events, delegations, and networking forums.
