Tim Pendrell is the Program Administrator for the Montana Photonics and Quantum Alliance, supporting the development of Montana’s integrated photonics ecosystem. He brings extensive experience delivering complex technology initiatives, including securing and managing large-scale public and public-private investments for advanced manufacturing, research infrastructure, and workforce development. His background includes drafting and implementing major technology and infrastructure funding programs, coordinating multi-stakeholder partnerships, and helping move high-impact projects from concept to deployment. He holds a master’s degree in urban planning with a specialization in economic development and housing policy.
