Raised on a farm in north central Montana, Sarah is passionate about creating access to opportunity in rural and underserved areas. She is committed to supporting innovation and growth across Montana’s economy. When serving as the Founding Executive Director of the Southwest Montana Manufacturing Partnership (SMMP), she led regional efforts to strengthen Montana’s manufacturing sector through industry collaboration, workforce development, and strategic partnerships. With a client and project management background, Sarah brings over a decade of experience in building cross-sector relationships, aligning initiatives with community needs, and driving measurable impact. In her free time, Sarah enjoys the great Montana outdoors shooting trap, and fly fishing with her husband, two kids, and a herd of three family dogs.
