Paul Reichert is the Executive Director of Prospera Business Network, the leading non-profit business and community development organization serving southwest Montana.  With more than 25 years of community development and non-profit experience he has led Prospera’s growth expanding its business development programs across Montana. 

In 2021 Prospera opened a new business center that now serves more than 1200 entrepreneurs and local growth companies with loans, grants, and advisory services.  Paul is an MSU graduate and has lived and worked in Montana since 1984.  He serves on the Boards of the Montana Economic Developers Association, MSU Innovation Campus, Bozeman’s Transportation Advisory Committee and Montana Photonics & Quantum Alliance.
