The Ideal Candidate

Senior-level executive experience (5+ years) with full P&L responsibility
Proven success managing business change and organizational growth
Strong background in product development and delivery
Commercial mindset with solid financial acumen
Technical degree in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, or similar
Experience in Gov’t/Defense sectors, Quantum, or M&A integration is a plus
